Our Infrastructure
We have the best in class layering and cutting machines, special customized laser cutting machines. Our cutting facility is also equipped with several die cutting and guillotine machines. Our printing facility is equipped with M&R Copperhead screen printing machines used for several applications. The stitching line is our USP and it includes several different specially customized machines to ensure best quality of products are manufactured at our place.
The paper bag and rigid box machinery is state of the art fully automatic plant and has minimal human intervention. Our capabilities include spot UV, hot foiling and Drip off texture on the paper bags and boxes to make it more appealing. Our QC infrastructure, our specially made inhouse ERP System and our commitment to on-time delivery makes sure we deliver the best to our valuable clientele.
Our Speciality
Screen printing is an ancient printing technique particularly suited for flat or relatively flat surfaces. The heart of this involves a fine mesh that is tightly stretched to create cheap printing
Foil stamping is the process of applying metallic or foil effects on your boxes. It uses a metal die, like a stamp -onto which the design is chemically etched or crafted by hand from supplied artwork.
Embossing makes a design stand out from your boxes. It impresses an image or logo into a surface using an engraved metal die. This creates a raised impression. In reverse, this can create a deboss.
Spot UV can make areas of your design really stand out with high gloss or matte finish. A thick varnish uses UV light to dry it quickly on top of the print.
Thermography is a finishing process which uses heat to produce raised characters using very dense ink then dusted with a special powder and then heated to weld it to the paper.
Ribbons can be used to add a touch of class. Ribbons are perfect for pairing with magnet closures for easy opening, or for a satisfyingly smooth drawer opening.
